Our Commitment

At Shine On Mobile Detailing, our goal is to provide a professional, stress-free detailing experience with high-quality results.

Your vehicle’s condition and proper detailing practices are always our top priority.
We will not perform any service that may cause damage to your vehicle.

Vehicle Condition & Disclosure

Prior to your appointment, you agree to inform us of any issues that may affect the detailing process, including but not limited to:

  • Mechanical issues (dead battery, non-functioning components)

  • Windows that do not operate

  • Trunk or compartments that cannot be opened

  • Pre-existing damage

Failure to disclose these issues may prevent us from completing the service.

Health & Safety

You are responsible for informing us of any potential hazards in your vehicle, including:

  • Sharp objects (needles, broken glass, etc.)

  • Hazardous materials (chemicals, fuel, etc.)

If a vehicle is deemed unsafe, Shine On Mobile Detailing reserves the right to refuse or stop service immediately.

Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse or deny service at any time if:

  • The vehicle condition poses a risk

  • Required working conditions are not met

  • The service cannot be completed safely or properly

Appointments & Arrival Window

We aim to arrive at your scheduled time; however, due to traffic and job conditions, please allow a 15–30 minute arrival window.

If delays occur, you will be notified as soon as possible.

Pricing & Additional Charges

All pricing is based on:

  • Vehicle size

  • Condition

  • Service selected

Additional charges may apply for:

  • Heavy staining

  • Excessive pet hair

  • Heavy debris or buildup

  • Bio-Hazardous material

  • Excessive time required beyond standard service

Inaccessible or Unserviceable Vehicles

If we arrive and are unable to complete the service due to:

  • Customer not present

  • Vehicle inaccessible

  • Unsafe or unsuitable conditions

You may be charged a service fee or full appointment cost.

Personal Items & Custom Equipment

Please remove all personal belongings prior to your appointment.

We do not remove or reinstall:

  • Car seats

  • Seat covers

  • Subwoofers or electronics

  • Custom accessories

If you would like areas underneath cleaned, these must be removed in advance.

Weather Policy

Appointments may be rescheduled due to:

  • Heavy rain

  • Snow or freezing conditions

  • Unsafe weather conditions

We will notify you as soon as possible if changes are required.

Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of the service.

Accepted methods:

  • Cash

  • E-transfer

Deposits may be required for certain bookings.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

We require 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

Late Changes:

  • Less than 24 hours notice may result in a cancellation fee

  • No-shows may be charged the full appointment amount

Results Disclaimer

While we strive for the best possible results, we do not guarantee:

  • Complete removal of all stains

  • Full restoration of heavily worn materials

  • “Like-new” condition in all cases

Some damage or wear may be permanent.

Liability & Damage

Shine On Mobile Detailing is not responsible for:

  • Pre-existing damage

  • Wear and tear to materials

  • Damage resulting from undisclosed issues

In the rare event of damage caused by our negligence, we will work with you to resolve the issue appropriately.

Media Use

By booking our services, you grant permission for Shine On Mobile Detailing to take photos or videos of your vehicle for marketing purposes.

No personal information will be shared.

Post-Service Concerns

If you have any concerns after your detail:

  • Please contact us within 24 hours

  • Any follow-up or touch-ups must be scheduled within 5 days

Agreement

By booking a service, you agree to these terms and conditions.
